HELIOS

HELIOS is a care center for elderly aimed to provide cares, assistance, services and taking care of social inclusion (the kind in Italy called “Residenza Sanitaria Assistenziale”).

Such kind of structures assume an important role between the hospital and the home, tackling needs of elderly requiring short rehabilitation periods as well as medium/long assistive permanence in care centres.

The care center puts great effort in ensuring high quality services to elderly, respecting their needs in an environment located in the middle of an open green space.

The building    has provided with labs where users get into rehab daily. Suitable technologies are provided by the care center for this purpose.

Furthermore, there are infirmary, dining room, laundry and other service rooms users benefit from.

Escorting for external services of users are provided by the care center as well as televisions, hi-fi supports and air conditioning.

The care center leads customized rehab suitable for each person, improving his lifestyle and the quality of offered services. Employees work in compliance with national law and ensure quality and visibility of improvement achieved, through certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. Therefore, procedures and rules are followed by employees throughout the training to ensure a constant improvement of services.
